Enter the current gearbox oil level

Is the gearbox oil level within the acceptable range?

Replenish the gearbox oil if necessary

Check for the feed of oil through the sight glass

Check the trailer, tires, and wheels for any damage

Is there any damage to the wheels?

If wheels are damaged, check for damage on

Check and tighten wheel nuts or bolts as necessary

Check the connection to towing vehicle

Is there excessive movement in the coupling?

Ejector Silencer Inspection and Cleaning

Check the ejector silencer tank for the build-up of sediment

Clean the ejector silencer tank if sediment is present

Refer to the attached ejector silencer drawing for part descriptions and locations

Verify that the pump is powered off and all power is removed from the driver.

Drain any product from the pump by opening the volute and discharge non-return drain valves.

Disconnect the pump from the suction and the discharge piping.

Inspect the pump and remove all dirt and debris.

Visually inspect the volute from the suction flange for any obstructions and remove as needed.
