Apply non-chlorine based cleaner or mild detergent with warm water using a soft cloth or sponge to all contact surfaces.

Immediately rinse off cleaning agents using clean warm water and a clean soft cloth or sponge.

Dry all surfaces with a soft clean cloth, removing standing water as soon as possible.

Avoid using the following on stainless steel surfaces

Use a soft bristle brush or Scotch-Brite® pad for stubborn stains on stainless steel, scrubbing with the direction of the grain.

Ensure thorough cleaning after using a brush or pad on stainless steel surfaces.

Remove deposits from food preparation and hard water to prevent rust on stainless steel.

Apply cleaner to contact surfaces

Rinse off cleaning agents with clean warm water

Dry surfaces with a soft clean cloth

Avoid using prohibited cleaning materials (e.g., hydrochloric acid, wire brushes, steel wool, scrapers, chlorine based cleaners)

Use a soft bristle brush or Scotch-Brite® pad for stubborn stains on stainless steel surfaces, scrubbing with the grain

Ensure deposits from food preparation are removed

Apply Armor All® or similar product to black-vinyl-clad surfaces if needed
