Enter the current gearbox oil level

Is the gearbox oil level within the acceptable range?

Replenish the gearbox oil if necessary

Has the compressor been in operation recently?

Allow the compressor to cool if it was recently in operation

Fill the oil sump with a replacement lubricant

Check the engine oil level on the measuring stick

Is the engine oil level within the crosshatch pattern or at the 'FULL' mark?

Replenish with the correct engine oil if the level is low

Check for the presence of water or contamination in the diesel fuel

Drain and clean the fuel tank if water or contamination is detected

Inspection of Compressor Components

Inspect the following components for any issues

Inspect the compressor relief valve for correct operation

Inspect the air compressor valves for any leakage or build-up of carbon

Was cleaning of the air compressor valves necessary?

Was replacement of any parts necessary?
