Sensor Alarm Test
Hold the test magnet on the sensor housing for seven seconds
Verify that the sensor’s Alarm LED turns on
Reset the sensor by holding the test magnet against the sensor housing for two seconds
Verify that the sensor’s Alarm LED turns off
Gas Train Replacement
Shut off the gas using the manual shutoff switch located in the gas supply line
Turn the gas valve ON/OFF knob to the OFF position
Shut off power to the unit and install a lockout tag
Shut off power to the unit
Install a lockout tag
Disconnect the gas piping at the unit gas valve
Remove the wires connected to the gas valve
Remove the wires connected to the gas valve
Mark each wire to assist in reconnecting power to the gas valve
Burner Cleaning
Cleaning and Adjustment
Remove the burner rack from the unit as described in the Removal and Replacement of Gas Train section.
Inspect the burners for dirt and remove them from the rack if necessary.
Mark each burner to identify its position before removing from the rack.
Use a soft brush to clean the burners and cross-over port as required.
Adjust the spark gap to 0.12 – 0.14 inches (3.06 – 3.60 mm) and space it 0.18 inches (4.60 mm) from the end of the burner.
Has the factory orifice been removed?
Check that each orifice is tight at its threads into the manifold pipe and the orifice projection does not exceed the maximum valve.
Reinstall burners on rack in the same locations as they were installed at the factory.

V-Belt Replacement
Preparation
Ensure the replacement belt is of the same section type or similar size.
Confirm that the replacement belt is not a 'FHP' or notched type V-belt.
Loosening Components
Loosen the motor mounting plate front bolts by turning counterclockwise.
Loosen the motor mounting plate rear bolts by turning counterclockwise.
Loosen the jack bolt lock nuts by turning counterclockwise.
Loosen the jack bolts by turning counterclockwise to relieve belt tension.
