Ensure refrigeration system maintenance is conducted by qualified personnel trained according to EN 13313:2010.

Perform regular maintenance work at least once a year.

Document all work on the refrigeration system (repairs, inspections).

Conduct regular maintenance on the steam humidifier at least once a year.

Turn off the chamber at the On/Off switch (H) and disconnect the power plug.

Ensure the chamber has cooled down to ambient temperature.

Wear protective gloves and goggles.

Avoid skin contact with the neutral cleaning agent.

Thoroughly remove any residues of test material from the chamber interior.

Wipe surfaces with a moistened towel.

Use appropriate cleaning agents for different surfaces

Demount the safety kit with hose burst protection to check the valve by hand for function, calcification, or blockage.

Is there any calcification or blockage present?

Remove calcifications using citric acid or acetic acid solutions.

Test the function and tightness of the mounted chamber.

Quickly open the water tap while there is no chamber connected to ensure the valve cuts off the water flux without any delay.

Ensure the chamber is powered off and disconnected from the main power supply.

Verify that all safety equipment is available and in good condition.

Inspect the following components for wear and damage

Measure the insulation resistance of the electrical components

Record the earth continuity reading

Are all electrical connections secure and free from corrosion?

Verify the chamber's calibration certificate is up to date

Is the test equipment calibrated to DKD-Standard?

Ensure the following standardized test instructions are available

Perform temperature adjustment according to the standardized test instructions

Perform humidity adjustment according to the standardized test instructions

Perform pressure adjustment according to the standardized test instructions
