Check tyre surface for sharp objects

Check front tyre pressure (2.4-3.5 bar)

Check rear tyre pressure (3-4 bar)

Ensure the e-bike is turned off and stable

Gather necessary tools and materials (clean cloth, PTFE lubricant)

Clean the suspension struts with a clean cloth

Lubricating the Suspension Front Fork

Apply PTFE lubricant to the suspension struts

Ensure no lubricant is spilled on the disc brake

Ensure the bike is on a stable surface

Check that the front fork is clean and free of debris

Locate the suspension adjusters on both sides of the front fork

Choose the adjustment direction for the suspension pre-load

Measure the suspension compression under load (mm)

Is the suspension compression approximately 10 mm under load?
