Ensure the chamber is powered off and disconnected from the main power supply

Verify that all safety equipment is in place and operational

Perform tests according to standards

Were all tests completed successfully?

Reconnect the chamber to the main power supply

Is the chamber operating normally after reconnection?

Ensure the chamber does not become wet during operation or maintenance.

Do not remove the rear panel of the chamber.

Disconnect the chamber before conducting maintenance work by turning off the On/Off switch (H) and pulling the power plug.

Ensure maintenance work is conducted by licensed electricians or experts authorized by BINDER.

Ensure refrigeration system maintenance is conducted by qualified personnel trained according to EN 13313:2010.

Document all work on the refrigeration system (repairs, inspections).

Turn off the chamber at the On/Off switch (H) and disconnect the power plug.

Let the chamber cool down to ambient temperature.

Ensure the chamber is disconnected from the power supply.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Ensure the neutral cleaning agent is kept away from food and beverages.

Avoid skin contact with the neutral cleaning agent.

Inspect the valve for calcification or blockage

Check the valve function by hand

Remove calcifications using citric acid or acetic acid solutions

Test the function of the mounted chamber

Test the tightness of the mounted chamber

Verify the chamber's calibration certificate is up to date

Check the condition of test equipment

Perform chamber temperature adjustment

Perform chamber humidity adjustment

Is the chamber operating within specified parameters after adjustment?

Record any deviations or issues observed during adjustment
