Turn off the chamber at the On/Off switch (H) and disconnect the power plug.

Let the chamber cool down to ambient temperature.

Ensure the chamber is disconnected from the power supply.

Wear protective gloves and goggles.

Avoid skin contact with the neutral cleaning agent.

Keep the neutral cleaning agent away from food and beverages.

Ensure the chamber does not become wet during operation or maintenance works.

Do not remove the rear panel of the chamber.

Disconnect the chamber before conducting maintenance work. Turn off the On/Off switch (H) and pull the power plug.

Ensure general maintenance work is conducted by licensed electricians or experts authorized by BINDER.

Ensure maintenance work at the refrigeration system is conducted by qualified personnel trained according to EN 13313:2010.

Inspect the valve for calcification or blockage

Check the valve function by hand

Remove calcifications using citric acid or acetic acid solutions

Test the function of the mounted chamber

Test the tightness of the mounted chamber

Ensure the chamber is powered off

Verify that all safety equipment is available and functional

Perform tests according to standards

Inspect electrical connections for wear and tear

Verify the chamber's calibration certificate is up to date

Is the test equipment calibrated to DKD-Standard?

Perform chamber calibration using standardized test instructions

Ensure the following components are adjusted

Was the chamber adjustment successful?

Record any deviations or issues encountered during adjustment
