Ensure the chamber is disconnected before maintenance work.

Turn off the On/Off switch (H) and pull the power plug.

Verify that maintenance work is conducted by licensed electricians or authorized experts.

Ensure refrigeration system maintenance is conducted by qualified personnel trained according to EN 13313:2010.

Perform regular maintenance work at least once a year.

Document all work on the refrigeration system (repairs, inspections).

Conduct regular maintenance on the steam humidifier at least once a year.

Verify the calibration of the chamber using standardized test instructions.

Is the calibration within acceptable limits?

Adjust the chamber settings according to the standardized test instructions.

Confirm that the adjustments meet the DKD-Standard.

Documentation and Certification

Document the calibration and adjustment results.

Ensure all test equipment used is recorded and certified according to the BINDER QM DIN EN ISO 9001 system.

Ensure the chamber is powered off and disconnected from the power source.

Verify that all safety equipment is available and in good condition.

Inspect the following components for wear and damage

Perform visual inspection of electrical components for signs of overheating or corrosion.

Measure the insulation resistance of the electrical circuits.

Is the insulation resistance within acceptable limits?

Measure the earth continuity of the electrical circuits.

Demount the safety kit with hose burst protection and check the valve by hand for function, calcification, or blockage.

Remove calcifications using citric acid or acetic acid solutions.

Test the function and tightness of the mounted chamber by quickly opening the water tap while there is no chamber connected. Did the valve cut off the water flux without any delay?

Ensure all components are reassembled correctly.

Plumber's signature to confirm completion of inspection.

Turn off the chamber at the On/Off switch (H) and disconnect the power plug.

Ensure the chamber has cooled down to ambient temperature.

Wear protective gloves and goggles.

Avoid skin contact with the neutral cleaning agent.

Thoroughly remove any residues of test material from the interior of the chamber.

Wipe the surfaces with a moistened towel.

Use appropriate cleaning agents for different surfaces
