Spray the sensor head with alcohol or wipe it clean with a soaked cloth

Enter the reaction time of the disinfectant used (in minutes)

Ensure the CO2 sensor is completely dry before reinserting

Is the filter in the front of the sensor damaged or dirty?

Unlock the keyboard locking (option, chap. 9.7)

Safety Controller Set Point Configuration

Select the safety controller set point type

Enter the value for 'Limit' or 'Offset' in the field 'Setpoint'

Ensure the safety controller set point is set approximately 2°C above the desired temperature set point

Lock the keyboard locking (option, chap. 9.7)

Ensure CO2 sensor is not exposed to hot-air sterilization

Verify CO2 sensor head is not changed

Note down the serial number of the CO2 sensor

Check safety controller settings to 'Offset' 2°C or 'Limit' 189.5°C

Remove protective lamination sheet from inner metal surfaces

Pull out the CO2 sensor without rotating and remove it from the inner chamber

Enter the altitude of the site over sea level into the controller MB1

Press the 'menu' button to enter the CB-Menu

Enter the user code (factory setting: 00001)

Enter the altitude value in meters [m] into the field 'Enter setpoint'

Confirm with ENTER and leave the menu with EXIT

Loosen slightly the screw on the handle

Manually adjust the spring to vary the sealing force

Tighten the screw after adjustment

Is the sealing force satisfactory?

Describe any issues encountered during adjustment
