Check the controls for correct operation

Check the condition of the seat (e.g. wear on the upholstery) and secure fastening to the hood

WARNING Risk of injury! Have the seat repaired by the service centre if you identify any damage during the checks

Sign off on the drive seat check

1. Check the lead-acid battery for damage and check the acid density; observe the manufacturer's maintenance instructions

Variant: Replace the non-return valve on lead-acid batteries with electrolyte circulation

Variant: Observe the manufacturer's maintenance instructions for lithium-ion batteries

2. Check the appliance plug and the truck harness for damage

3. Check the battery male connector and the battery harness for damage

4. Check that the battery door, and the sensor if necessary, is working correctly and check for damage

5. Check the battery lock for damage

6. Grease the battery door hinges

Variant: Check the oil level of the hydraulic battery carrier and check for leaks. Check all moving parts for wear and lubricate them

1. Clean the seat belt as necessary, but without using chemical cleaning materials (a brush will suffice)

- Replacement after an accident

1. As a rule, the seat belt must be changed after an accident;

Check the steering system for leaks and check that it is working correctly

Check that the steering wheel is securely attached and check the rotary handle for damage

Check that the steering axle is securely mounted, check for leaks and apply grease

Sign off on the steering system check

Dirt and lubricant residue removed from the roller track

Roller tracks of the outside, middle, and inside mast lubricated with a super-pressure adhesion lubricant

NOTE! Spray the roller track evenly from a distance of approx. 15-20 cm. Wait approx. 15 minutes until the equipment is ready to use again
