1000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Power Unit Maintenance
Check the mounting of the drive axle, check for leaks and clean the cooling fins
Check that the conductor rails between the power modules and the motor connections are mounted correctly
Check the oil level in the drive wheel unit and the multi-disc brake
Change the gearbox oil (once after the first 1000 hours)
Sign off on the power unit maintenance

Check the condition of the antistatic belt or antistatic electrode

Lift Mast and Roller Track Lubrication
Dirt and lubricant residue removed from the roller track
Roller tracks of the outside, middle, and inside mast lubricated with a super-pressure adhesion lubricant
NOTE! Spray the roller track evenly from a distance of approx. 15-20 cm. Wait approx. 15 minutes until the equipment is ready to use again
