Select the appropriate lubricant based on ambient temperature

Select the lubricant brand for AGMA Compound #7

Select the lubricant brand for AGMA Compound #8

Drain the old lubricant from the reducer

Inspect the drained lubricant for contaminants

Dispose of the old lubricant according to environmental regulations

Fill the reducer with the selected lubricant

Is the reducer vent plug clear and operating?

Enter the current oil level at the level plug

Is the oil level at the bottom of the threaded hole of the level plug?

Is extra oil required due to conveyor and reducer inclination?

Clean the area around the reducer

Inspect Shipment for missing pieces

Protect your instruction manual

Is the conveyor level and true?

Loosen the table bearing set screws

Replace the caster with a New London Engineering replacement part

Support the turntable while lifting

Mount replacement parts properly

Recheck replacement parts after one day of use
