Track issues easily with the customer ticket portal

When issues arise with our platform, we take it seriously. In addition to the support SLAs that we guarantee, we also want to make it easy for you to track progress.

With the new self-serve support ticket portal, admins can submit and track all the technical issues in a single place. Full visibility means you won’t be in the dark about a fix, and you can get back to work faster.
