Controller cover removed

8 insulations removed
9 pipe box (under) fixing screws removed
Upload a photo of the removed insulations and screws
Thermistor(s), TH-A to E, pulled out from the sensor holders
LEV Assembly Disassembling
Removing the LEV assy
Remove the controller cover
Remove the under panel
Remove 8 the insulations, then remove 9 pipe box (under) fixing screws (4 x 10)
Loosen the side clamps, then disconnect the LEV and thermistor connectors on the controller board
Remove the earth lead wires from the LEV assy
Pull out the lead wires through the hole to the pipe box side
Removing the header assy
Cut the band which fixes the header assy and LEV assy together, then remove the rubber mount
LEV Coil (LEV-A to E*) Disassembling
Warning: This procedure should be performed by trained personnel only
Controller cover removed

8 insulations removed
Number of pipe cover fixing screws removed
