TH6 Thermistor Replacement

Service panel removed

Connectors TH7/6 disconnected
Wire clamps on the back of electrical parts box loosened
Thermistor <Suction pipe> (TH6) pulled out from the sensor holder
Note: When replacing thermistor <Suction pipe> (TH6), replace it together with thermistor <Ambient> (TH7) since they are combined together.
Bypass Valve Coil And Bypass Valve Replacement
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Remove the cover panel (front)
Remove the cover panel (rear)
Remove the side panel (R)
Remove the bypass valve coil fixing screw (M4 × 6)
Remove the bypass valve coil by sliding the coil upward
Disconnect the connector SV1 (gray) on the multi controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Remove the electrical parts box
Compressor Replacement
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Remove the electrical parts box
Remove the valve bed
Remove the cover panel (front)
Remove the cover panel (rear)
Remove the side panel (R)
Remove front panel fixing screws, 5 (5x12) and 2 (4 x 10) and remove the front panel
Remove 3 separator fixing screws (4 × 10) and remove the separator
Electrical Parts Box Replacement
Upload a photo of the service panel before removal
Service panel removed successfully

Top panel removed successfully
Upload a photo of the connecting wire before disconnection
Connecting wire disconnected successfully
Select all connectors removed from outdoor multi controller circuit board
Disconnected wire pulled out from the electrical parts box successfully
