Inspect/clean fluid inlet strainer

Inspect motor shield vents for blockage

Fill TSL by adding through TSL fill point

Sign off on the daily sprayer inspection

Sprayer motor stalls and does not restart until gun is triggered again

Does sprayer start again with gun NOT triggered?

If sprayer starts again with gun NOT triggered, proceed with the following checks

Inspect pump for internal leaks

Inspect pump for external leaks

Perform Pressure Relief Procedure

Remove fluid intake and drain tube from paint, wipe excess paint off outside

Place fluid intake in flushing fluid

Flush airless hose and spray gun

Raise fluid intake above flushing fluid

Warning: This adjustment should be performed by trained personnel only

Check if pump packing is leaking

If pump packing is leaking, proceed to the next step. If not, end the procedure.

Enter the amount of operation (in gallons) since the last adjustment

Was the packing nut tightened successfully?

Sign off on the throat packing adjustment
