Disconnect CN661 (Discharge temperature thermistor, defrost thermistor (MUZ) and outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor)

Disconnect CN663 (Ambient temperature thermistor)

Pull out the defrost thermistor from its holder. (MUZ)

Pull out the discharge temperature thermistor from its holder

Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor from its holder

Pull out the ambient temperature thermistor from its holder

Sign off on the thermistors replacement

Fan Motor Replacement

Check mark

Remove the top panel, cabinet, service panel and the back panel

Check mark

Disconnect the following connectors: <Electronic control P.C. board> CN931 and CN932 (Fan motor)

Remove the propeller

Check mark

Remove the screws fixing the outdoor fan motor

Check mark

Remove the outdoor fan motor

Compressor And 4-Way Valve Replacement

Check mark

Remove the top panel, cabinet, service panel and the back panel.

Check mark

Remove the inverter assembly.

Check mark

Remove the R.V. coil.

Check mark

Recover gas from the refrigerant circuit until the pressure gauge shows 0 PSIG.

Check mark

Detach the brazed part of the suction and the discharge pipe connected with compressor.

Check mark

Remove the compressor nuts.

Check mark

Remove the compressor.

Check mark

Detach the brazed part of 4-way valve and pipe.

Check mark

Sign off on the compressor and 4-way valve replacement

Inverter Assembly, P.C. Board And Power Board Replacement

Remove the top panel, cabinet, service panel and the back panel.

Check mark

Disconnect the following connectors: CN931 and CN932 (Fan motor), CN795 (LEV), CN661 (Discharge temperature thermistor, defrost thermistor (MUZ) and outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor), CN663 (Ambient temperature thermistor), CN681 (High pressure switch) (MUZ), CN912 (4-way valve) (MUZ)

Remove the screws fixing the relay panel.

Check mark

Remove the inverter assembly.

Check mark

Disconnect all connectors and lead wires on the electronic control P.C. board.

Check mark

Remove the electronic control P.C. board from the inverter assembly.

Check mark

Remove the screws fixing the power board assembly.

Check mark

Disconnect all connectors and lead wires on the power board.

Check mark

Remove the power board from the inverter assembly.

R.V. Coil Replacement

Remove the top panel, cabinet, service panel and the back panel

Check mark

Disconnect the following connectors: Noise filter P.C. board, CN912 (4-way valve)

Check mark

Remove the R.V. coil

Check mark

Upload a photo of the removed R.V. coil

Sign off on the R.V. coil replacement
