Mitsubishi Split-Type, Heat Pump Air Conditioner PUHZ-P125YHA2

Disconnect the connector, TH3 (WHT), and TH32 (BLK) on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box

Loosen the fastener for the lead wire on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box

Loosen the clamp for the lead wire on separator

Pull out the thermistor <Liquid> (TH3) from thermistor holder

Remove the top damper, then pull out the thermistor <Comp. surface> (TH32) from thermistor holder

(1) Remove the electrical parts box. (Refer to procedure 3)

(2) Loosen the clamp for the lead wire on separator.

[Removing the lead wire for high pressure switch]

(3) Disconnect the lead wire from the high pressure switch.

[Removing the 4-way valve coil]

(3) Remove the 4-way valve coil fixing screw (1 for front/ M5) to remove the 4-way valve coil.

(4) Slide the 4-way valve coil forward to remove it.

(3) Loosen the lead wires fixed to the pipes with bands.

Remove the grille fixing screws and slide the grille forward to remove it

Remove the screw of nut, then slide the propeller fan forward to remove it

Disconnect the connectors, CNF1 (WHT) on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box

Loosen the clamp for the lead wire on motor support and separator

Remove the fan motor fixing screws to remove the fan motor

Upload a photo of the disassembled fan motor

Sign off on the fan motor disassembly

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Remove the electrical parts box

Remove the welded part of the accumulator (2 positions)

Remove the receiver leg fixing screws (2 for front/4 x 10), then slide the accumulator forward to remove it

Refrigerant recovered from the unit completely

Refrigerant not released in the air

Cycle charged with specified amount of refrigerant after service

Filter drier installed during service

Cylinder for R410A is a syphon type

Charging performed with the cylinder of syphon stood vertically
