TH2/TH3 And TH4 Thermistors Replacement
Service panel removed
Connectors TH3 (white), TH4 (white), TH2 (black) disconnected
Clamp for the lead wire loosened
Thermistor <Outdoor liquid pipe> (TH3) and thermistor <Compressor> (TH4) pulled out
Upload a photo of the multi controller circuit board
Upload a photo of the sensor holder
Sign off on the thermistors replacement
TH6 Thermistor Replacement
Remove the service panel
Upload a photo of the removed service panel
Remove the top panel
Upload a photo of the removed top panel
Disconnect the connector, TH7/6 (red), on the Multi controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Loosen the wire clamps on top of the electrical parts box
Pull out the thermistor <Suction pipe> (TH6) from the sensor holder
Note: When replacing thermistor <Suction pipe> (TH6), replace it together with thermistor <Ambient> (TH7) since they are combined together.
Remove thermistor <Ambient> (TH7)
Reactor Replacement
5. Removing the reactor (DCL)
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
(3) Remove the electrical parts box (See photo 5)
(4) Remove 4 screws for reactor (4 x 10) to remove the reactor. (See Figure 3);
Electronic Expansion Valve Replacement

Refer to procedure 8 (5) for cover panel (front) removal
Refer to procedure 8 (6) for cover panel (rear) removal
Refer to procedure 8 (7) for side panel (R) removal
Upload Photo 11,12 of the electrical expansion valve coil removal
Upload Photo 5 of the electrical parts box removal
Refrigerant recovered successfully?
Remove the welded part of electrical expansion valve. Refer to the notes on the right.
4-Way Valve Coil Replacement
Warning: Ensure the power is off before starting the procedure
Service panel removed
Upload a photo of the removed service panel
4-way valve coil fixing screw removed
4-way valve coil removed
Connector 21S4 disconnected
Sign off on the coil replacement
