Air Conditioning Filter Replacement
Warning: Always turn the power switch to OFF before starting the procedure.

Sides of the glove box pushed in to disconnect the claws?
Glove box fully opened and supported?
Bottom of the glove box detached?
Warning: Do not use excessive force if the glove box does not detach when lightly pulled.
Filter cover unlocked and removed?

Coolant Check
Warning: Do not remove the engine/power control unit coolant reservoir caps when the hybrid system is hot.
Coolant level in the reservoir
Is the coolant level between the “FULL” and “LOW” lines?

U.S.A.: “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant” is a mixture of 50% coolant and 50% deionized water. (Minimum temperature: -31°F [-35°C])
Canada: “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant” is a mixture of 55% coolant and 45% deionized water. (Minimum temperature: -44°F [-42°C])
Did the coolant level drop within a short time of replenishing?
Visually check the following for leaks

Light Bulbs Replacement
You may replace the following bulbs by yourself. The difficulty level of replacement varies depending on the bulb. If necessary bulb replacement seems difficult to perform, contact your Toyota dealer.

Check the wattage of the light bulb to be replaced.

Radiator And Condenser Check
Warning: Do not touch the radiator or condenser when they are hot. Serious injuries, such as burns, may occur.
Warning: Do not touch the engine compartment when the electric cooling fan is operating. Be sure the power switch is OFF when working near the electric cooling fan or radiator grille.
Radiator clear of any foreign objects
Condenser clear of any foreign objects
Is either the radiator or condenser extremely dirty?
If either of the above parts is extremely dirty or you are not sure of their condition, have your vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer.
Sign off on the radiator and condenser check
Vehicle Exterior Cleaning
Warning: This cleaning procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Working from top to bottom, liberally apply water to the vehicle body, wheel wells and underside of the vehicle to remove any dirt and dust.
Wash the vehicle body using a sponge or soft cloth, such as a chamois.
For hard-to-remove marks, use car wash soap and rinse thoroughly with water.
Wipe away any water.
Wax the vehicle when the waterproof coating deteriorates.
