10000 Hourly Cable Set Greasing
Safety Precautions
Activate the EMERGENCY STOP device to secure the robot.
Warn all persons concerned before starting to put the robot back into operation.
Disassembly
Remove 4 Allen screws with conical spring washers.
Take off the cover.
If necessary, carefully pull back interface A1.
Cleaning and Greasing
Clean the cables between the push-in module and the inlet of the hollow shaft of axis 1.

Label the system with a sign indicating that work is in progress
Ensure EMERGENCY STOP devices remain active
Have all deactivated safety functions or safeguards been reactivated after work completion?

Preconditions
Ensure the robot is operational and can be moved at jog velocity.
Verify there is no hazard posed by system components or other robots.
Secure the robot if work is being performed directly on it.
Inspection Procedure
Enter the hydraulic oil pressure with the link arm in -90° position.
Is the hydraulic oil pressure within the setpoint tolerance of -5 bar?
Check the add-on parts for the following conditions
Inspect the condition of the collar for damage or fouling.
