Push part 'a' of boot (3) and remove two front clicks (b) from plastic cover (4)

Remove the rubber boot of the pilot valve

Apply a small amount of grease to push rod (1)

Apply a small amount of grease to top end (2) of the rotation sliding section

Install the boot of the pilot valve

Read and understand 'SAFETY PRECAUTIONS' of the manual

Perform daily pre-operation inspection and maintenance

Perform 'CHECK BEFORE STARTING ENGINE'

Perform 'CHECK AFTER STARTING ENGINE'

Set the machine in the grease application position

Apply grease until it comes out through the gap between the pin and the hole

Ensure the engine is cooled down before checking the coolant level.

Is the radiator cap required to be opened?

If yes, ensure the coolant is cooled down and turn the cap slowly to release pressure.

Use the starter key to open the side door on the left side of the machine and hold it with the stay.

Check the coolant level in the reserve tank (1).

Is the coolant level within the FULL-LOW range?

If the water level is low, remove the cap of filler port (2) of the reserve tank.

Park the machine on a level and firm ground

Stop the engine before inspection and maintenance

Put the warning tags in noticeable places

Is the engine stopped before inspection?

Inspect the engine for any visible damage

Inspect the reduction unit for any visible damage

Inspect the hydraulic components for any visible damage

Ensure no body parts are in front of the plug during the procedure.

Verify the oil temperature has cooled down before starting.

Move the machine to a level and firm place.

Stop the machine with the drain plug positioned at the lower side and lower the bucket to the ground.

Stop the engine and move the pilot control shut-off lever to the 'LOCKED' position.

Slowly loosen filler plug (3) to release internal pressure.
