Remove the screws securing the fixed guards

Are there side skirts to remove?

Pay attention to connection wiring when removing laser scanners

Reassemble the guards using all screws and washers

Remove the transparent polycarbonate cup

Was the filter cleaned with a compressed air jet?

Was the filter washed with neutral detergent?

Wash the cup with neutral detergent

Reassembly and Pressure Regulation

Insert the filter in its compartment and reassemble the cup

Check presence of anti-tilt feet

Measure distance from top ends of anti-tilt feet to bottom surface of granite

Anti-Vibration Support Inspection

Check position of anti-vibration supports

Were any faults found in the anti-tilt feet or anti-vibration supports?

Stop the measuring system if faults are found
