Remove the screws securing the fixed guards

Are side skirts present on the machine?

Pay attention to connection wiring when removing laser scanners

Reassemble the guards using all screws and washers

Check that the emergency buttons and safety devices are working properly

Visual Inspection and Tightening

Perform a visual inspection of the machine for missing or damaged parts and abnormal vibrations

Tighten any loose screws and nuts

Replace any missing screws or nuts

Check the cable of the portable Jogbox programming unit for damage

Is the outer sheath of the Jogbox cable undamaged and are the single wires not visible?

Replace the Jogbox cable if damaged

Check that all emergency stop buttons are working correctly

Inspect buttons and switches for damage and functionality

Check the condition of the air hoses for air leaks

Inspect cables for signs of abrasion or wear

Pneumatic Control Unit Maintenance

Replace the primary filter if necessary

Check the state of the secondary filter

Replace the secondary filter if necessary

Detach the ends of the bellows from the attachment flanges

Reassemble the bellows after maintenance

Remove the transparent polycarbonate cup

Use a compressed air jet to remove solid residue from the filter

Was the air jet sufficient to clean the filter completely?

If necessary, wash the filter with neutral detergent and use the air jet again
