Remove the transparent polycarbonate cup

Use a compressed air jet to remove solid residue from the filter

Was the air jet sufficient to clean the filter completely?

If necessary, wash the filter with neutral detergent and use the air jet again

Remove screws securing the fixed guards to the machine structure

Check for additional components

Reassemble the guards using all screws and washers removed during disassembly

Ensure all connection wiring is properly reconnected, especially for laser scanners if removed

Check the emergency stop buttons and other controls

Check the condition of the air hoses for air leaks

Inspect cables for signs of abrasion or wear

Pneumatic Control Unit Maintenance

Check the state of the secondary filter

Check the anti-tilt feet and the anti-vibration supports

Remove the transparent polycarbonate cup

Wash the cup with neutral detergent

Insert the new filter and reassemble the cup

Is the working pressure within the normal range?

Use a soft, clean, lint-free cloth moistened with heptane to clean the guideway.

Move the moving parts of the machine to clean the entire length of the guideway.

Check for signs of abrasion or scraping on the guideway.

Describe any signs of abrasion or scraping found on the guideway.
