Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it.

Wear suitable personal protective equipment.

Ensure two persons are available to disassemble and mount the roof.

Disassemble the ventilation grids.

Check the ventilation grids for visible damage.

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it to allow the capacitors to discharge completely.

Disconnect the inverter (see Section 4, page 26).

Connect the supply voltage (see Section 4.3.1, page 28)

Measure the voltage at the supply voltage output between L1 and N

Is the voltage approximately 230 V?

Measure the voltage at the supply voltage output of the UPS at -X400 terminal 5 and -X402 terminal 5

Is the voltage approximately 24 V?

Ensure the following materials are available

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it to allow the capacitors to discharge completely.

Disconnect the inverter (see Section 4, page 26).

Remove dirt from the inverter surfaces.

Check surfaces for damage or corrosion.

Are there any damaged or corroded surfaces?

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it.

Check that the bolted connections of all assemblies are securely in place.

If bolted connections are loose, tighten them using a torque wrench.

Check whether all bolted connections of the power cabling are securely in place.

If bolted connections are loose, tighten them using a torque wrench.

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it to allow the capacitors to discharge completely.

Ensure you have the following materials

Check whether the doors latch easily by opening and closing them several times.

Lubricate all moving parts of the latch if the doors do not latch easily.

Check whether the stops hold the doors in place.
