Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it.

Observe warnings on all components.

Do not touch any components marked with hot warnings during operation.

Wait until hot components have cooled down sufficiently after switching off.

Wear suitable personal protective equipment.

Hygrostat and Heating Element Check

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it.

Wear suitable personal protective equipment.

Ensure two persons are available to disassemble and mount the roof.

Disassemble the ventilation grids.

Check the ventilation grids for visible damage.

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it to allow the capacitors to discharge completely.

Disconnect the inverter (see Section 4, page 26).

Connect the supply voltage (see Section 4.3.1, page 28)

Measure the voltage at the supply voltage output between L1 and N

Is the voltage approximately 230 V?

Measure the voltage at the supply voltage output of the UPS at -X400 terminal 5 and -X402 terminal 5

Is the voltage approximately 24 V?

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it

Ensure capacitors are fully discharged

Check for damaged or missing warning messages or labels

Are all warning messages and labels intact and legible?

Replace any missing or illegible warning messages and labels

Switch off the inverter and wait at least 15 minutes before opening it to allow the capacitors to discharge completely.

Disconnect the inverter (see Section 4, page 26).

Check the inverter for visual defects such as discoloration, dirt, damage and scratches on the enclosure.

Repair any visual defects immediately if present.

Ensure that there are no objects on or around the inverter that are flammable or that could otherwise endanger operational safety.
