200 Hourly Gearing Oil Change
Oil Level Check
Remove the oil level fill plug from the side of the hoist
Is the gear oil level even with the hole?
Oil Change
Drain the old gear oil
Measure approximately 2 pints of SAE 90 EP gear oil
Refill the gear case with new gear oil
Reinstall the oil level fill plug
Lower Limit Switch Adjustment
Preparation
Suspend the hoist
Lower the load block to desired point
Ensure minimum clearance between chain stop and bottom of hoist
Electrical Disconnection
Disconnect hoist from power supply
Remove the electrical cover
Adjustment of Lower Limit Switch
Pry the spring guide plate out of the slots in the limit switch nuts using a screwdriver
Suspension Inspection

Disconnect the Hoist and move it to a workbench

Maintain a minimum clearance of 2" from the hoist housing and the top of the load block on single-chained models
Maintain a minimum clearance of 1" from the chain support to the top of the load block on double-chained models

Disassembly
Remove the Socket Head Cap Screw and Attachment Pin that hold in the Chain Stripper
Remove the Chain Stripper
Remove the 4 bolts that hold on the Motor
Remove the Motor
Remove the Spring Washer and Motor Coupling
Remove the Hook Retaining Screw
