Disconnect hoist from power supply

Refer to the wiring diagram for conversion

Reconnect the leads to the terminal blocks according to the wiring diagram

Ensure no wires are moved or changes made to the electrical circuit except at the terminal block assembly

Tug on wires to ensure they are securely connected

Connect the hoist to the power supply

Ensure the green ground wire is properly grounded

Raise load block to upper limit and check if it stops automatically

Maintain a minimum clearance of 2" from the hoist housing and the top of the load block on single-chained models

Maintain a minimum clearance of 1" from the chain support to the top of the load block on double-chained models

Disconnect the Hoist and remove to a workbench

Remove the Socket Head Cap Screw and Attachment Pin that hold in the Chain Stripper

Remove the 4 bolts that hold on the Motor

Remove the Spring Washer and Motor Coupling

Remove the Hook Retaining Screw

Remove the cover to access the controls

Verify the presence of components on the panel

Snap off terminal blocks and end clamps using a small screwdriver

Ensure not to slide the end clamps

Slide off the reversing contactor from the rail

Snap the reversing contactor back onto the rail using a rotating action

Note the numbers labeling the terminals of the contactor

Ensure minimum clearance for load block

Disconnect hoist from power supply

Pry the spring guide plate out of the slots in the limit switch nuts using a screwdriver

Turn the slotted gold nut toward its limit switch until the switch clicks
