Remove the transparent polycarbonate cup

Wash the cup with neutral detergent

Insert the new filter and reassemble the cup

Is the working pressure within the normal range?

Remove screws securing the fixed guards to the machine structure

Check for additional components

Reassemble the guards using all screws and washers removed during disassembly

Ensure all connection wiring is properly reconnected, especially for laser scanners if removed

Use a soft, clean, lint-free cloth moistened with heptane to clean the guideway.

Move the moving parts of the machine to clean the entire length of the guideway.

Check for signs of abrasion or scraping on the guideway.

Detach the ends of the bellows from the attachment flanges

Reattach the ends of the bellows to the attachment flanges using Velcro closures

Use a soft, clean, lint-free cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol or heptane to clean the optical scales.

Move the moving parts of the machine to clean the entire length of the optical scale.

Let the optical scales dry before using the measuring machine.

Ensure no operations are performed on the sliding system components other than specified.

Report any counting errors found after maintenance or during use.
