Heat Sink Cleaning for ASC320 VFDs
Turn off and lock out unit power for ASC320 VFDs
Insert a small straight blade screwdriver into the slot and press in to release the top cover
Blow clean compressed air from top of ACS320 while using a vacuum cleaner at the base to trap the dust
Replace the top cover
Restore power to ASC320 VFDs
Heat Sink Cleaning for AHC550 VFDs
Turn off and lock out unit power for AHC550 VFDs
Remove the drive cover

Is the unit located in a corrosive climate?
Rinse the condenser coil if located in a corrosive climate
Fan Pulley Maintenance
Fan Pulley Alignment
Loosen setscrews on pulleys
Align pulleys visually and tighten setscrews on fan pulley to lock it in place
Use the methods shown in Fig. 35 to check proper pulley alignment
Are the pulleys in correct alignment?
Loosen the motor holddown bolts and slide the motor axially until the pulleys are aligned
Tighten motor holddown bolts
Pulley and Drive Adjustment
Refer to the fan motor, drive data and performance data in Tables 14-27
