Idle the air compressor for longer than 30 minutes

Operate the air compressor in a no-load state for 10 minutes

Increase the pressure of the air compressor to verify correct operation

Operate the air compressor for another 10 minutes in a no-load state before stopping

Completely drain the condensate in the air receiver

Select the storage area for the air compressor

Clean the dirt off these components

Clean the dirt off or replace Coolers

Press the STOP switch and turn off the main power supply

Open all the valves to ensure no residual pressure remains

Wait at least 30 minutes before performing the inspection and cleaning

Replace a dirty or clogged Intake Air filter

Was the intake air filter replaced?

Replace Intake Air filter if dirty or clogged

Clean the dirt off these components

Scroll Bearing and Head Maintenance

Grease or inspect the scroll bearing

Replace the scroll head if there is any damage with bearing

Open the front door of the air compressor

Wear earplugs to protect against discharge noise

Wear protection glasses to guard against dust

Verify that the safety relief valve is operating properly by lightly pulling the spindle when the air compressor is near maximum pressure (122psig or 145psig)

Ensure that the safety relief valve does not operate below the maximum pressure
