Connect to the zone controller in the discharge zone using EZLogic® USB programming cable

Open GenesisTM 2.0 software on a Windows PC

Configuring Auxiliary Input Mode

Click 'edit' on the main screen in GenesisTM

Double-click in the 'Auxiliary Input Mode' edit box

Mount the connection kit near the transfer

Connect the E24 wiring harness connector to the conveyor's wiring harness

Connect the 'To Transfer Motor' connector to the E24 transfer motor control board

Plug the 'To Transfer Solenoid Valve' connector to the solenoid air valve

Configuration with GenesisTM 2.0

Connect to the zone controller in the discharge zone using EZLogic® USB programming cable

Open GenesisTM 2.0 software on a Windows PC

Edit 'Auxiliary Input Mode' to 'zone stop' and select 'Zone Stop signal must be active for a carton to run'

Mount the connection kit junction box to the trunk line conveyor on the spur side.

Auxiliary I/O Adapter Connection

Plug the auxiliary I/O adapters to the auxiliary ports of zone controllers

EZLogic® Enhanced Zone Controller Installation

Install an EZLogic® enhanced zone controller in location 'A' if not already installed.

Connect to the enhanced zone controller in location 'A' using an EZLogic® USB programming cable and GenesisTM 2.0 software on a Windows PC.

GenesisTM Software Configuration

In GenesisTM, click the 'Edit' button on the main screen.
