Inspect evaporator for scale or sludge accumulation

Is the evaporator part of a closed circuit?

Clean the evaporator if necessary

Is the evaporator part of an open system, such as an air washer?

Perform periodic inspection and cleaning for open systems

Clean and lubricate oil system as required

Perform pump motor continuity check

Run oil pump and check differential oil pressure

Select the lubricant used for gantries

Was the lubrication of gantries completed successfully?

Select the lubricant used for hinges

Was the lubrication of hinges completed successfully?

Perform the following checks on the motor

Check inlet guide vanes (IGV) for abnormalities

Review the purge Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manual

List maintenance and/or inspection items identified from the manual

Record observations from purge pump-out data review

Review overall operation of purge

Is servicing of the purge unit necessary?
