Check if snowmobile front end pitches after adjustment and adjust accordingly

Heat Exchangers Monthly Inspection

Check for wear, leakage, and damage

Drive Clutch/Driven Pulley Maintenance

Check for damage, binding, and wear

Clean drive clutch/driven pulley with compressed air

Clean sheaves with suitable parts-cleaning solvent

Front & Rear Suspension Maintenance

Measure the outside circumference of the drive belt

Measure the outside width of the drive belt

Check the belt for cracking, fraying, etc.

Is the drive belt within specifications and in good condition?

Is the drive belt deflection within the specified range?

Removing/Installing Spark Plugs

Remove the two torx-head screws securing the console.

Lift the rearward end of the console and disconnect the main/hood harness connector; then remove the console.

Remove the spark plug caps from the plugs.

Using a spark plug wrench, remove the plugs.

Install the plugs and finger-tighten.

Tighten the spark plugs to 19 ft-lb.

Place the console into position on the headlight support bracket keeping the rearward end slightly elevated; then connect the main/hood harness connector.

Check for the following in the oil system

Check for proper operation of the stop switch
