Are the ski wear bars worn beyond 1/2 of the original diameter?

Recommend replacement if wear bars are worn beyond 1/2 of the original diameter

Verify that the front (ski) shock springs are not adjustable

Are the correct amount of threads exposed between the adjuster/nut and the threaded shock housing/body?

General Ski Pressure Adjustment

Is the ski pressure adjusted for terrain conditions and driving style?

Are equal adjustments maintained on both sides of the snowmobile?

Did you rotate the entire spring to adjust spring tension?

Heat Exchangers Monthly Inspection

Check for issues in heat exchangers

Drive Clutch/Driven Pulley Maintenance

Check drive clutch/driven pulley for issues

Clean drive clutch/driven pulley with compressed air

Clean sheaves with suitable parts-cleaning solvent

Front & Rear Suspension Maintenance

Check for issues in the oil system

Check for proper operation of the stop switch

Check steering system for issues

Mechanical Fasteners Inspection

Check nuts, bolts, and fasteners for tightness
