How it works
Step 1:
Book a tour with a product expert. If you’re already a MaintainX customer, ask your Account Manager to enable the OT Data Connectors feature, then follow our setup guide.
Step 2:
In MaintainX, create a Kepware instance and generate an access token (unique per instance).
Step 3:
In Kepware, create a REST Client Agent using the MaintainX endpoint and add your access token.
Step 4:
Map machine tags to MaintainX meters—or enable Auto Create Meters to streamline setup.
Step 5:
Stream real-time machine data into MaintainX to turn alerts and metrics into actionable maintenance.
