By streaming tags through the Kepware IoT Gateway, you can automate meter readings, trigger work orders, and monitor asset health in real time—empowering your team to shift from reactive to proactive maintenance.

How it works
- Book a tour with a product expert. If you’re already a MaintainX customer, ask your Account Manager to enable the OT Data Connectors feature, then follow our setup guide.
- In MaintainX, create a Kepware instance and generate an access token (unique per instance).
- In Kepware, create a REST Client Agent using the MaintainX endpoint and add your access token.
- Map machine tags to MaintainX meters. Use Smart Tag Mapping to streamline setup.
- Stream real-time machine data into MaintainX to turn alerts and metrics into actionable maintenance.

- Must have MaintainX's Premium or Enterprise Plan
