1 Daily Ice Cream Machine Check
WARNING: Hazardous voltage. The machine must be disconnected from electrical supply before servicing.
Disconnect the machine from electrical supply before servicing
Check for worn or broken parts and replace parts as necessary
Describe any unusual noise or condition observed
Was immediate repair needed for any unusual noise or condition?
WARNING: Service must be completed by a qualified electrician/refrigeration specialist.
Record the name of the qualified electrician/refrigeration specialist who performed the service
Ice Cream Machine Cleaning
Disassembly and Cleaning
Disassemble all parts. Refer to Section 3.4 for the disassembly of machine parts.
Place all parts in 90° to 110°F (32°C to 43°C) mild detergent water and wash thoroughly using the provided brushes.
Rinse all parts with clean 90° to 110°F (32°C to 43°C) water.
Sanitizing and Air Drying
Place all parts in a sanitizing solution for at least 1 minute, then remove and let air dry completely before assembling in machine.
Prepare 2 gallons of Stera-Sheen sanitizing solution following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Place the carburetors into the hoppers without installing them.
Pour the sanitizing solution into the hoppers.
Ice Cream Machine Front Door Assembling
Lubrication and Installation of Spigot Bodies
Install the o-rings onto the spigot bodies and apply a thin layer of sanitary lubricant
Install the spigot bodies through the bottom of the front door
Fit the front door o-rings into the grooves on the rear of the front door
Front Door Assembly
Place the front door assembly on the mounting studs and push front door against the machine carefully
Ensure the pin of the front door does not touch the legs of the auger support
Secure the front door to the machine by placing the knobs on the studs and tightening until finger tight
Check if the proper o-ring seal can be observed through the transparent front door
1 Monthly Condenser Filter Check
WARNING: Hazardous voltage. The machine must be disconnected from electrical supply before servicing.
Disconnect the machine from electrical supply
WARNING: Service must be completed by a qualified electrician/refrigeration specialist.
Condenser Filter Inspection
Check the condenser filter for dirt
Is cleaning of the condenser filter necessary?
Clean the condenser filter if necessary

Preparation
Ensure all necessary parts are available
Is Total Blend sanitary lubricant or equivalent available?
Assembly of Auger
Screw the springs onto the studs in the plastic flights completely
Install the two plastic flights onto the rear of the auger and insert it part way into the freezing cylinder
Install the remaining plastic flights and push the auger into the freezing cylinder
Rotate the auger slowly until it engages the drive shaft
