500 Hourly/1 Monthly Supply Air Filter Cabinet Maintenance
Check the function of the supply air filter mats in the switch cabinet.
Once per month, however at least every 500 operating hours.
Reduce interval if air is heavily polluted.
Replace the supply air filter mats:
When dirt becomes encrusted on the mats, or at least once a year.
Note: Always keep a sufficient stock filter mats as replacements.
Replacing the supply air filter mat on the switch cabinet:
Switch off the compressor using the OFF button.
DANGER: Danger of death due to electric current! Coming into contact with live parts, defective insulation or components can be fatal. Open the mains disconnecting device and secure against accidental switching on again using a padlock.
20000 Hourly/8 Yearly Scroll Compressor Maintenance
Warning: Scroll compressor replacement should be done by BOGE Service personnel only.

5000 Hourly/2 Yearly Cooling Air Fan Maintenance
Warning: Risk of injury due to sharp edges, hot surfaces, overpressure and exposure to dust! This maintenance work should only be carried out by authorised and qualified personnel. Wear PPE.
Switch off the compressor using the OFF button.
Open the mains disconnecting device and secure it to prevent it being switched on again.
Allow all hot compressor components to cool to 50°C.
Depressurise the system.
Remove the right side panel of the housing and the isolating protective equipment.
Remove the V-belts.
Loosen the screws on the scroll compressor fan covers and remove the covers.
Check the fans and clean if necessary.
500 Hourly/1 Monthly Suction Filter Maintenance
WARNING: Risk of injury due to sharp edges and exposure to dust! This maintenance work should only be carried out by authorised and qualified personnel. Wear PPE.
Prior to the maintenance work: Open the mains disconnecting device and secure against accidental switching on again using a padlock.
Switch off the compressor using the OFF button.
Open the compressor housing at the front.
Remove the filter housing lid (1).
Take out the filter cartridge (2).
ATTENTION: Danger of property damage! Do not clean the filter cartridge in liquids. Do not use hard objects for cleaning as doing so will damage the filter paper. Replace the filter cartridge if it is damaged or has been cleaned twice.
Tap the filter cartridge with your hand to knock out coarse dust.
Blow out fine dust using dry compressed air (max 5 bar) from the inside to outside.
1500 Hourly/6 Monthly Cooler Cleaning
Warning: Risk of injury due to sharp edges, hot surfaces and exposure to dust! This maintenance work should only be carried out by authorised and qualified personnel. Wear PPE.
Note: The service life of the primary and secondary coolers depends on the degree of soiling in the intake cooling air. Heavy external soiling of the coolers leads to an excessively high temperature in the air system.
Switch off the compressor using the OFF button.
Prior to the maintenance work:
Open the mains disconnecting device and secure it to prevent it being switched on again.
Allow all hot compressor components to cool to 50°C.
Remove all the safety claddings necessary for maintenance work.
Open the respective housing panel. Secondary cooler: remove the housing panel above the operating elements / control.
ATTENTION: Danger of property damage! Do not use sharp objects to clean the cooler. They may damage the cooler.
