1 Yearly Fire Extinguisher Service
Check the fire extinguisher for damage, security and signs of leaking
Check that the gauge B indicates that the extinguisher is charged ie. the needle is in the GREEN segment
Note: If the needle is in or very near the RED segment at either end of the gauge, the extinguisher must be serviced or replaced
Make sure the safety pin is fitted and secure
The extinguisher should be serviced every 12 months by a suitably qualified person
Check the ROPS/FOPS Structure (p.49)
Sign off on the fire extinguisher service
100 Hours Loader Engine Maintenance
Change Engine Oil and Filter (AK and AR Build)
Change Engine Fuel Filter (AK and AR Build)
Clean Lift Pump Strainer (AK and AR Build Only)
Check Coolant Quality/Level
Drain and Clean Engine Fuel Sedimenter
Check Fan Belt Tension/Condition
Check Engine Mounting Bolts for Tightness
Check All Hoses - Condition
Sign off on the 100 Hours Loader Engine Maintenance
10 Hours / 1 Daily Loader Maintenance
Check Engine Oil Level
Check Coolant Quality/Level
Check Transmission Oil Level
Check Tyre Pressures/Condition
Grease Front Axle Main Pivot
Check Hydraulic Oil Level

Loader Cleaning
Park the machine on firm level ground, engage the parking brake and set the transmission to neutral. Lower the attachments to the ground and stop the engine
Machine parked and prepared for cleaning?
Clean the machine using water and/or steam. Do not allow mud, debris etc to build upon the machine, pay particular attention to the following areas:
Areas cleaned
Stabiliser cavities cleaned?
Engine and transmission free of mud?
Radiator grille not clogged up?
WARNING! Airborne particles of light combustible material such as straw, grass, wood shavings, etc. must not be allowed to accumulate within the engine compartment or in the propshaft guards (when fitted). Please inspect these areas frequently and clean at the beginning of each work shift or more often if required. Before opening the engine cover, ensure that the top is clear of debris
