Lubricate the vane control linkage bearings, ball joints, and pivot points

Lubricate vane operator tang O- rings

Lubricate the oil filter shutoff valve O-rings

Sign off on the chiller lubrication

Contact a qualified service organization to determine when to conduct a complete examination of the unit to discern the condition of the compressor and internal components

Check for evaporator water tube leaks

Check for condenser water tube leaks

Sign off on the yearly chiller maintenance

- Shut down the chiller once each year to check the items

4. Inspect motor terminal board

5. Check inlet guide vanes (IGV) for abnormalities;

- Lubricate the gantries annually

1. Use ConocoPhillips Gantries MegaPlex® XD3 (gray in color), LPS® MultiPlex Multi-Purpose (blue in color), or equivalent

- Lubricate the hinges annually

1. Use ConocoPhillips MegaPlex® XD3 (gray in color), LPS® MultiPlex Multi- Purpose (blue in color), or equivalent;

- Shut down the chiller once each year to check the items of Evaporator

1. Inspect for fouling and scaling in tubes

2. Check operation of evaporator water flow sensing device

3. Factory recommendation to eddy current test tubes every three years;
