JCB Backhoe Loader MD: 3CXG

- Check Rams - Chrome Condition;

Change Engine Oil and Filter (AK and AR Build)

Change Engine Fuel Filter (AK and AR Build)

Clean Lift Pump Strainer (AK and AR Build Only)

Drain and Clean Engine Fuel Sedimenter

Check Fan Belt Tension/Condition

Check Engine Mounting Bolts for Tightness

Sign off on the 100 Hours Loader Engine Maintenance

Sign off on the loader hydraulics maintenance

- Change Axle Oil (incl. Hubs when applicable)

- Change Axle Oil - Limited Slip Differential

- Check Tyre Pressures/Condition

- Check Steer Axle Movement/Shimming

- Check the fire extingisher for damage, security and signs of leaking

- Check that the gauge B indicates that the extinguisher is charged ie. the needle is in the GREEN segment

Note: If the needle is in or very near the RED segment at either end of the gauge, the extinguisher must be serviced or replaced

- Make sure the safety pin is fitted and secure

The extinguisher should be serviced every 12 months by a suitably qualified person
