Obtain industrial machine tool type feeler gauges

Clearance Check

Measure clearance at the top of the blade using feeler gauge

Measure clearance at the bottom of the blade using feeler gauge

Check mark

Rotate blade 60 degrees and recheck clearance

Check mark

Repeat clearance check at a minimum of six points on the circumference
