8 Hourly Air Compressor Check
Safety Precautions
Ensure the compressor is not powered before starting maintenance.
For L55RS-L75RS models, confirm the system is disconnected from the mains and wait 10 minutes before touching electrical components.
Press the STOP button on the control panel and wait until the compressor stops and is depressurized.
Verify the pressure gauge shows no more than 4.4 PSI.
Relieve the compressor unit by slowly opening the screw plug with integrated air vent slots.
Set the on-site main switch to '0' (OFF) and secure it against being switched on.
Operational Checks
Check air/oil reservoir oil level and add oil if required.

Separator Replacement Procedure
Switch off the compressor and ensure it is depressurized by opening the ball valve at the after-cooler.
Detach the plastic oil extraction pipe.
