Four Way Valve Removal

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.
Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns.

Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.
Cautions for Restoration
Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.
Wrap the four way valve with wet cloth and keep it below 120°C (248°F) to prevent deterioration.

Outdoor Fan / Fan Motor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Disconnection and Release
Disconnect the connector [S70]
Release the fan motor lead wire from the groove
Outdoor Fan Removal
Remove the nut (M6 size)
Remove the outdoor fan
Fan Motor Fixing Frame Removal
Remove the 2 screws from the fan motor fixing frame
Suction Grille / Protection Net / Thermistor ASSY Removal
Pre-removal Safety Check
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly
Thermistor Removal
Remove the outdoor temperature thermistor from the suction grille or protection net
Ensure the outdoor temperature thermistor is passed through the top part of the heat exchanger during reassembly
Suction Grille and Protection Net Removal
Remove the 3 screws from the suction grille
Does the model have a protection net?
Lift up and remove the protection net, if applicable
Sound Blanket Removal
Pre-removal Safety Check
Has it been 10 minutes since turning off all power supplies?
Sound Blanket Removal
Remove the sound blanket (top) carefully to avoid tearing the piping ports.
Detach the fastener and pull out the sound blanket (outer).
Pull out the sound blanket (inner).
Elecrical Box / PCB Removal
Pre-removal Safety Check
Ensure all power supplies are turned off for at least 10 minutes before starting disassembly.
Shield Plate Removal
Remove the screw of the stop valve cover.
Slide the stop valve cover downward and remove it.
Remove the screw of the shield plate.
Lift up the shield plate and unfasten the 2 hooks to remove it.

Disconnect the connectors from the terminal board
