The following list identifies the items that must be serviced every 1000 Hours or Six Months.

- Transmission: Change oil, wash breather and magnetic screen

- Hoist, converter and brake cooling oil: Change oil, wash breather

- Differential and final drives: Change oil and wash breather

- Front wheel bearings: Change oil

- Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS): Torque bolts

- Steering hydraulic system: Change oil

Coolant level at top of radiator

Parking/secondary brake reservoir level

Service/retarder brake reservoir level

Indicators and gauges operation

Indicators and gauges operation test

Supplemental steering operation test

Repeat the brake test for each brake lever or pedal

Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for more information on the remaining tests performed in the cab.

Sign off on the operator's cab check

The following list identifies the items that must be serviced every 2000 Hours or One Year.

- Engine valve rotators: Check

- Differential thrust pin: Adjust

- Front wheel bearings: Adjust

a. Adjust bridges and valve lash

The following items must be serviced every 250 Hours or Monthly.

- Engine oil and filters: Change

- Engine valve lash: Adjust on new or rebuilt engines only

- Cooling system conditioner: Change element

- Air conditioner: Test and adjust belt

- Fan drive bearing and belt tightener: Lubricate

- Alternator and fan belts: Test and adjust
