Use a non-abrasive, solvent-free neutral soap or detergent with water and a soft cloth

Rinse well with clean lukewarm water

Dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spotting

Refer to the device’s user manual for detailed instructions

Specify the screws that are loose

Tighten the loose screws according to the torque values in the device’s installation guide

Is the camera securely mounted after maintenance?

Perform tasks on the camera’s webpage (live view)

Select the browser used for the device

Go to Settings > System > Maintenance > Reports and click View the server report

Is the PTZ counter value above the (x) value?

Select the camera's functionality status

If the camera is not functioning satisfactorily, describe the issue

Turn off the device and unplug it from the power source

Gather necessary cleaning tools and materials

Clean the outer heat sink according to the instructions in the device’s installation guide

Inspect the heat sink for any remaining debris

Is the heat sink free of debris?

Inspect the dome cover for scratches

Inspect the dome cover for cracks

Is the dome cover free from severe scratches or cracks?

Refer to the device’s installation guide for dome cover replacement

Order a replacement dome cover from an Axis reseller if necessary
