Ensure the gas cylinder is filled with Nitrogen

Set the regulator gauge on the gas cylinder to 0.5 bar (7 psi)

Remove the caps from the inlet valve and the pressure relief valve

Place the chuck on the inlet valve and press down to fill the camera with nitrogen

Verify that the gas is flowing out by placing your hand over the pressure relief valve

Lift the pressure relief valve to let the overpressure out of the camera unit

Perform tasks on the camera’s webpage (live view)

Use the device with the following browsers

Go to Settings > System > Maintenance > Reports and click View the server report

Search for PTZCounter in the server report

Is the PTZ counter above the (x) value?

Is the camera functioning normally despite the PTZ counter being above (x)?

Navigate to Settings > System > Maintenance > PTZ status

Click on Test to initiate PTZ mechanism test

Were any errors reported during the PTZ test?

Navigate to Settings > System > Maintenance > Reports

Click on Download the server report

Use a non-abrasive, solvent-free neutral soap or detergent with water and a soft cloth

Rinse well with clean lukewarm water

Dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spotting

Refer to the device’s user manual for detailed instructions

Specify the loose screws and their locations

Tighten the loose screws according to the torque values in the device’s installation guide

Is the camera securely mounted after maintenance?

Verify the IP rating is maintained after screw adjustments
