Specify the screws that are loose

Tighten the loose screws to the specified torque value

Is the camera securely mounted after maintenance?

Use a non-abrasive, solvent-free neutral soap or detergent with water and a soft cloth

Rinse well with clean lukewarm water

Dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spotting

Refer to the device’s user manual for detailed instructions

Check for errors during PTZ test

Download server report if errors are found

Contact axis.com/support if errors are found

Set the regulator gauge on the gas cylinder to 0.5 bar (7 psi)

Remove the caps from the inlet valve and the pressure relief valve

Place the chuck on the inlet valve and press down to fill the camera with nitrogen

Verify that the gas is flowing out by placing your hand over the pressure relief valve

Lift the pressure relief valve to let the overpressure out of the camera unit

Repeat the filling process a total of 3 times, leaving the camera pressurized the last time

Perform tasks on the camera’s webpage (live view)

Verify browser compatibility for device access

Access the camera settings via Settings > System > Maintenance > Reports

View the server report and search for PTZCounter

Enter the current PTZ counter value

Is the PTZ counter value above the threshold (x)?
